In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 21-year-old Antoine Pratt was tragically cut short. On January 25, 2025, at approximately 1:15 a.m., officers from the Sixth District responded to a call about an unconscious person in the 3800 block of Jay Street, Northeast.
