Serina Ernestina Silvestre, a 38-year-old woman from Elk Grove, California, tragically lost her life on April 7, 2025. She was one of two victims found shot dead inside a home in Elk Grove. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified the second victim as 38-year-old Miguel Samuel Rodriguez. Serina was a devoted mother of four, described by her family as fiercely loyal, independent, and deeply protective of her children.
