Velma Jean Davis, a 60-year-old resident of Rialto, California, tragically lost her life on July 12, 2022. She was found in the early hours of the morning in the parking lot of the abandoned Carousel Mall in San Bernardino, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics who treated her at the scene, Davis was pronounced dead shortly after being discovered.
