In the early morning hours of March 30, 2025, a house party in a west Phoenix neighborhood turned into a scene of chaos and violence, leaving 21-year-old Amanda Franco dead. The young woman, a certified nursing assistant, was enjoying a night out with friends near 35th Avenue and McDowell Road when a dispute that began inside the party spilled out into the street.
