Frank Welzbacher, a 36-year-old man from Sylvania, Ohio, was abducted and murdered in Monroe County, Michigan, in 1972. His death was part of a series of killings carried out by Laurence Lamont, who, along with an accomplice, targeted victims during robberies of gas stations and party stores.
