On a late summer evening in Detroit, 25-year-old Jalen Stephon Paris, a male, was fatally shot while sitting in his vehicle. The incident occurred at approximately 9:35 p.m. on August 26, 2018, in front of a residence on Fullerton Avenue. After being shot, Paris's vehicle crashed into several parked cars.

Witnesses at the scene described a lone gunman firing at Paris's vehicle. Based on these accounts, the Detroit Police Department released a description of the suspect, a man believed to ...
