Otto Gary Becker, a 42-year-old white male, was murdered on August 6, 1991, in Greensboro, Henry County, Indiana. His death was attributed to the actions of Herbert Richard Baumeister, a suspected serial killer who preyed on men in the Indianapolis area during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
