Steven Ray Agan, a 23-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on December 19, 1982, in Newport, Vermillion County, Indiana. His death was a result of a brutal murder committed by Larry Eyler, infamously known as 'The Highway Killer.' Eyler was a serial murderer responsible for the deaths of at least 21 young men and boys between 1982 and 1984.
