In the summer of 1986, the community of Eugene, Oregon, was shaken by a series of brutal killings. Among the victims was Janice Marie Dickinson, a 33-year-old Caucasian female whose life was violently cut short. On June 19, 1986, her naked body was discovered on a grassy hillside behind a car dealership on Coburg Road.
