The unsolved murder of Azucena Terrazas, a 28-year-old from Oaxaca, Mexico, continues to perplex investigators more than two decades after her death in Eugene, Oregon. On February 8, 2002, Terrazas' body was discovered by a coworker at DolEx Dollar Express, a currency exchange business where she worked.
