Angela Monroe, a 19-year-old African American woman, was tragically murdered on May 15, 1982. She was the ex-girlfriend of Terry Blair, a notorious serial killer, and the mother of his two children. At the time of her death, Angela was pregnant with their third child. The incident occurred at 1205 Linwood Blvd, where Blair and Monroe got into a heated argument. Blair, in a fit of rage, beat her to death. He later confessed that he was angry because she was a sex worker.
