In the spring of 1982, the life of a young woman named Angela Monroe was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. On May 15, the 19-year-old African American mother of two was killed. At the time of her death, she was pregnant with her third child. The father of her children and the man responsible for her death was her ex-boyfriend, Terry Blair.
