Glen Arval Spivey was one of the victims of the Luby's massacre, a mass shooting that took place at Luby's Cafeteria in Killeen, Texas. The perpetrator, George Hennard, drove his pickup truck through the front window of the restaurant before opening fire, killing 23 people and wounding 27 others. Glen Arval Spivey was among those who were fatally shot during this horrific event.
