Conway Charles Lebleu, a 30-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives . He was born on December 23, 1962, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Lebleu joined the ATF on August 31, 1987, and was assigned to the New Orleans Field Division. He was known for his investigative excellence and received Special Act Awards in 1988 and 1991.
