In the early morning hours of Memorial Day in 2016, the life of 40-year-old Tyrone Bradley was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. Officers from the Fifth District were called to the 700 block of 24th Street, Northeast, at approximately 2:14 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
