On October 21, 2015, Norman Joaquin, age 42, was shot and killed in the 1900 block of Q Street SE, Washington, D.C. The shooting occurred at approximately 9:28 PM, and police were dispatched to the scene shortly after. Upon arrival, officers found Joaquin suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
