DAirse Kevion Holder, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2019, during a Halloween party at The Grove Apartments in Waco, Texas. The incident occurred when a verbal altercation escalated into a deadly shooting. Holder, who was not a resident of the apartment complex, was shot and killed, while another victim was injured and later released from the hospital.
