Richard Matthew Richie Chain, aged 31, was one of nine individuals who tragically lost their lives during a violent shootout on May 17, 2015, at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas. The incident involved rival motorcycle clubs, the Bandidos and the Cossacks, and resulted in a total of nine deaths and 18 injuries.
