Juan Manuel Ocanas Barrientos, a 30-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2014, in Brownsville, Texas. He was shot and killed while driving on the 3400 block of Clavel Street in the Southmost area of Brownsville.
