Phonsavahn Noy Phetsavahn, a 45-year-old woman of Laotian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on June 7, 2014, in Amarillo, Texas. She was killed in an apparent double homicide at her home on Jasmine Street. Phonsavahn's husband, Phetkeo Phetkeo, aged 52, was also found dead at the scene from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
