Charles Elliott, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on April 11, 2015, in Mesquite, Texas. He was a high school sophomore attending Mesquite High School. Charles was fatally shot in the head during a fight at a house party in the 2100 block of Catskill Drive. The altercation occurred around 10 p.m. on April 10, 2015, and Charles was taken to a local hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
