Francisco Jamie Garcia-Torres, a 27-year-old male from Farmers Branch, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2022, in Mesquite, Texas. The incident occurred between 3:15 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. in the 5100 block of Samuell Boulevard. According to the Mesquite Police Department, Garcia-Torres was shot and killed in what is believed to be a road rage incident.
