Ricardo Gonzales Palacios, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Balch Springs, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2018, in Mesquite, Texas. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound in his car on the 1600 block of Crestridge Drive after police responded to reports of gunfire. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Ricardo succumbed to his injuries.
