Dyandre Bowen, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on the night of July 31, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. Bowen was riding an all-terrain vehicle through the streets of South Oak Cliff when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM at the intersection of Veterans Drive and 56th Street.
