Raul Rodriguez Presas, a 55-year-old Hispanic man, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred at his home on the 2300 block of Tyler Street in Central Oak Cliff. According to police reports, Rodriguez-Presas was at home with family members when a man came to the front door and asked if he had any work available.
