Upon arrival, they discovered Charles Washington, a 32-year-old Black male, inside a residence with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue had arrived earlier and pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Charles Washington was born on January 16, 1986. He was a resident of Dallas, Texas, and attended Lincoln High School.
Friends and family remember him as loving, helping, and caring. He is survived by his daughter.
