Kevin Wang Li, a 27-year-old male of Chinese ethnicity, tragically passed away on July 31, 2021, in Dallas, TX. He was shot and killed while sitting in his car at a red light at the intersection of Lemmon Avenue and Oak Lawn Avenue around 2:30 a.m. According to Detective Jacob White, there is a possibility that this was a road rage incident, although nothing has been confirmed.
