Kyle Jacob Armer, a 27-year-old male from Odessa, Texas, tragically passed away on September 14, 2017. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning. Authorities were called to the scene at 3117 Andrews Highway, where they found Kyle Armer deceased. The Odessa Police Department, along with the Texas Rangers, immediately began investigating the case as a homicide.
