Pablo Ibarra Melendez, a 25-year-old man from Odessa, Texas, tragically died on April 12, 2021. According to reports, Melendez was shot in the back of the head while driving west in the 4600 block of Papaw Street in Pleasant Farms. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Melendez was found dead inside his vehicle. The Ector County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into the murder.
