On August 23, 2023, in Odessa, Texas, a confrontation between Jason Crowder, 28, and Zacimbricc Dizhay White, 24, escalated into a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Snyder Street, where surveillance footage captured the sequence of events. Crowder arrived in a gold-colored Kia van and was approached by White.
