Adrian Pa-Man Ramirez Garza, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Odessa, Texas, tragically died on June 18, 2006. He was shot at a party in west Odessa after a fight escalated out of control. Adrian was taken to Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The investigation into Adrian's death led to the arrest of Naomi Lee Alva, a 20-year-old woman who was charged with murder. She was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison. Jesse McGinnis, another individual ...
