Edwin Peregrino, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2019, in Odessa, Texas. Edwin was visiting his parents' home for the Labor Day weekend when he heard the sound of gunfire and ran outside to investigate. Unfortunately, he was shot and killed instantly by the gunman. Edwin had recently moved to San Antonio to start a new job and begin a new chapter in his life, but he returned to Odessa to visit his family.
