Lester Starling III, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on December 27, 2014, in Odessa, Texas. He was born on June 9, 1988, and was well-loved by his family and friends. Lester was at Billy's Zodiac Club in Odessa when he was caught in a shooting incident that resulted in his untimely death.
