Raul Alfredo Garcia, a 35-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2019, during the Odessa mass shootings in Texas. Garcia, a truck driver from El Paso, was shot and killed on Interstate 20 while he was just hours away from reaching home after a weeks-long trip.
