Stanley Coleman, a 39-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on January 30, 2018. The incident occurred in the 3550 block of E. Overton Road in Dallas. Coleman was found dead inside an apartment, and he was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The investigation led police to suspect that 41-year-old Monnie Howard was responsible for the shooting.

According to police documents, Howard told authorities that he and Coleman had smoked marijuana and PCP together ...
