Jalon Spencer, a 21-year-old man from Mesquite, TX, tragically died on January 28, 2020, in Dallas, TX. He was shot and killed in the Cedars neighborhood, specifically in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 1900 block of South Akard Street.
