On September 11, 2015, Patti Gadd, a 73-year-old resident of Forest Hill, West Virginia, lost her life to gun violence in a bizarre and tragic incident. The events surrounding her death, as well as that of her husband, Wayne Gadd, 79, are marked by confusion and unanswered questions.
