Charles 'C.J.' Mentz Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Huntington, West Virginia, died on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, following a shooting incident. The shooting occurred at a residence in the 2700 block of Guyan Avenue in Huntington around 6:30 p.m..
