Kelli Renee Watts, a 50-year-old Caucasian female, was a beloved wife, mother, and sister in Huntington, West Virginia, known to her family and friends as a sweet soul who was a rock and a ray of light and laughter. Her life was dedicated to her family, having first raised her son and more recently taking on the raising of her nieces. Tragically, her life came to an end on February 8, 2018, when she passed away at St. Mary's Medical Center.
