Kelli Renee Watts, a 50-year-old Caucasian female, was a beloved wife, mother, and sister in Huntington, West Virginia, known to her family and friends as a sweet soul who was a rock and a ray of light and laughter. Her life was dedicated to her family, having first raised her son and more recently taking on the raising of her nieces. Mary's Medical Center.
