Ryan Chad Stebbins, a 26-year-old male from Odessa, Texas, tragically died on February 1, 2018. He was shot and later died at the hospital after his vehicle was stolen by two men, Michael Tarin Silvas and Johnny Ray Aguirre. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. at 2218 Richmond St. Stebbins' stolen vehicle was later found abandoned, and both suspects were arrested in connection with the crime.
