Rogelio Santander, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, was a dedicated officer with the Dallas Police Department. He tragically lost his life on April 24, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. Officer Santander was responding to a call at a Home Depot store in northeast Dallas when he was fatally shot.
