In the Oak Cliff community of Dallas, 42-year-old Billy Joe "B.J." Brightman was a beloved and familiar face. As the longtime manager at a Rent A Tire shop on West Camp Wisdom Road, he had built a reputation over 25 years for his strong work ethic and warm, non-confrontational nature. A husband and father of two daughters, Brightman was known as a devoted family man who was cherished by his customers and staff alike.
