On February 21, 2023, 17-year-old Jay Gutierrez was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred shortly before midnight in the 700 block of West Clarendon Drive. Upon arrival, Dallas police officers observed a black SUV leaving the scene. Gutierrez was found with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the location.
