Dominic Devon Halton, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was found fatally shot in the early hours of June 9, 2025, in the 1000 block of Pinnacle Park Boulevard in Dallas. Officers responding around 4:20 a.m. discovered him unresponsive; Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene as detectives began documenting the case under incident number 081864-2025.
