James Arthur Davis, a 51-year-old black male, tragically passed away on November 7, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was found fatally shot in the parking lot of a business located at 3400 S. Malcolm X Boulevard. Davis was lying on the ground unresponsive with gunshot wounds when Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived and transported him to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
