Deon Taylor, a 35-year-old African American man from Euclid, was tragically killed on January 12, 2019, at a Marathon gas station in Cleveland, Ohio. a suspect in Taylor's death and charged him with involuntary manslaughter. Conner, who was on parole at the time, entered a not guilty plea and was set a cash surety bond of $500,000. The court proceedings revealed that Conner had previous charges including trafficking and robbery.
