On November 24, 2022, at approximately 2:20 PM, Cleveland police officers responded to a residence in the 3400 block of East 118th Street following reports of a male victim with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Timothy James Lee, a Black male, who had been shot. Emergency medical services were called to the scene, but, tragically, Timothy succumbed to his injuries.
Timothy James Lee was born on September 6, 1998, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Dorothea Patterson
and William Lee. He attended Jane Addams High School and was an active member of the Garden of Prayer Church of God in Christ, where he played the drums and participated in various youth programs. He is survived by his mother, father, sister Beatrice A. Fisher , nephew Stephen James Patterson, and nieces Shania Marie Patterson, Shianne Monae Patterson, and Sereniti Milan Patterson.
As of the latest available information, there have been no reports of arrests or identified suspects in connection with the shooting of 24-year-old Timothy James Lee. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities continue to seek information from the public to aid in solving this case.
