On October 13, 2024, 19-year-old Damarion Quadir Bailey and 19-year-old Mikayla Janay Franklin were found unresponsive with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle near the Euclid Beach Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio. Emergency medical services transported both individuals to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead. Authorities believe the shooting occurred in the 16100 block of Lakeshore Boulevard.
