Christopher Cooper, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 21, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred in an apartment in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. According to reports, Cooper was shot in the head by Louis Logan, a 31-year-old male, during an altercation.
