Stephon Roe, a 19-year-old Black male, was found shot to death in his vehicle in Southeast Dallas on the night of March 11, 2020. Police received a call about gunfire in the 400 block of Old Mill Lane near Prairie Creek and CF Hawn Freeway around 9:20 p.m. When officers arrived, they discovered Stephon Roe deceased in his car, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
