Octavio Miguel Angel Velasquez, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Dallas, Texas, tragically passed away on January 23, 2022. Known affectionately as Jr, Tavito, J.R., Tavio, and OJ, he was born on December 20, 1996, to Octavio Velasquez and Leticia Alvarado. Velasquez graduated from Red Oak High School in 2016 and worked in various jobs before settling into the aviation field as an aircraft painter, most recently with Bombardier.
